Background:

Coach Bill played baseball and soccer until high school, when he enlisted in the Navy.  He was selected to go to the United States Naval Academy, and upon graduation moved to the west coast.  He has been coaching youth sports on and off since high school, and has been a coach in Loudoun South Little League since 2010.
