Mike Mlotkowski

Background:
Coach Mike grew up in Fairfax, Virginia where he played baseball at Robinson Secondary School. He played travel baseball for the Virginia Vipers, Fairfax Eagles, and Richmond Braves. After high school, Coach Mike attended the University of Florida on a baseball scholarship and eventually transferred to Oklahoma City University where he led his team to a NAIA College World Series championship and was named World Series MVP. After setting several NAIA pitching records and being named First Team All-American, Coach Mike was drafted by the New York Yankees in the 2005 amateur draft.
After stepping away from the game for several years, Coach Mike was reintroduced to baseball when his children began participating in Little League. Coach Mike and his wife Brooke have an avid baseball family, with 3 of their 4 boys now participating in the sport. As the coach of the Cavalry 7U team, Coach Mike focuses on having fun and developing proper baseball fundamentals.
