Must live within the LSLL boundary.

Additional Date: Friday, November 7th @ 6:30PM

Program consists of the following:
- indoor winter training (lanes) at Replay Baseball in Ashburn 2x per week beginning in January and running through March.
- one hour of strength and conditioning 2x per week following one hour of indoor lanes.
- hitting coach 1x per week during winter.
- No issue with players playing other sports or little league.
Spring/summer seasons will consist of the following:
- Practices at Loudoun South fields (Hanson, Brambleton, etc).
- NVTBL play
- 2-4 tournaments (1-2 local, 1-2 out of town).

All players trying out should wear baseball pants, cleats and a hat. They should bring their baseball glove, batting helmet, bat and water. If they are a catcher they should bring their catching gear as well.
​
Players should show up 30 minutes prior to their tryout time to go through registration and to stretch/warmup.
​
